
Te Hiku Wellbeing Report 2025
This report provides a comprehensive assessment of the wellbeing of Te Hiku o Te Ika Iwi, focusing on Te Kōwhao te Ngira, The Social Accord framework, based upon seven outcomes. This report highlights both improvements and challenges in each area, offering insights into the current state of wellbeing.

Meth Rehabilitation Services in Te Hiku o Te Ika
This study carries the voices of whānau and practitioners with lived experience who support and care for those involved with meth, especially in Te Hiku.
This feasibility study was commissioned by Te Hiku Iwi Development Trust and funded by the Ministry of Health. It was conducted by Dr Jo Mane of Pūrangakura, an independent kaupapa Māori research centre.

Organisational Report, 2023
In 2023 Te Hiku o Te Ika Iwi Development Trust continued to champion the aspirations and rights of Te Hiku iwi, marking a year of significant achievements amidst challenges.
Our journey, deeply rooted in the Te Hiku Crown Social Development and Wellbeing Accord attests to the collective efforts, unity and enduring spirit of our people.
We are systems advocates and activists directly raising the whānau voice with agencies of the Crown in order to effect change.
